2. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through our official website, authorized agents, or designated customer service channels.
A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
The remaining balance, if any, must be paid before the specified deadline.
3. Pricing and Inclusions
Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
The package cost includes only the services explicitly mentioned (e.g., accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, meals, etc.).
Any additional expenses, such as personal expenses, extra meals, and optional activities, must be borne by the traveler.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable service fees.
Cancellations made between 15-29 days before departure will be subject to a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for unused services or early departures.
5. Changes and Amendments
Any request for changes to bookings must be made in writing and is subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply for modifications to travel dates, accommodation, or other services.
In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), we reserve the right to reschedule or modify the itinerary.
6. Travel Documents & Requirements
Passengers must ensure they possess a valid passport with at least six months validity from the travel date.
Obtaining the necessary visas and travel permits is the sole responsibility of the traveler.
Health and travel insurance are highly recommended but not mandatory.
7. Liability & Responsibilities
We act only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, etc.).
We are not liable for any loss, injury, accident, or damage arising from the use of third-party services.
Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings and must adhere to local laws and regulations.
8. Code of Conduct
Travelers must respect local customs, laws, and regulations in Dubai.
Any behavior that disrupts the tour experience for others may result in termination of services without refund.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
